No Federal 13A – Patriots

A group patriots consist of Buddhists priests, professionals and academics have issued a joint press release against the full implementation of federal 13th Amendment of Sri Lankan Constitution by the President Wickramasinghe.

The 13A was enacted by Sri Lankan government in 1987 due to pressure from then Indian government lead by Rajeev Gandhi who was later murdered by LTTE Tamil terrorists.
