Under “Yahapalanaya”, Bid to Bring LTTE Terrorists Cadre In to Parliament

Under the present political dealing with pro-LTTE Tamil terrorist political party called TNA, Federalism champion for Tamil eelam Ranil Wickramasingha maintains a relax approach with LTTE matters.   Using this opportunity given by the present government lead by so called liberal thinker Ranil Wickramsingha, Tamil extremists and separatists have started a movement to bring former LTTE terrorists cadre and their supporters into the Tamil political mainstream and then to the parliament.

It is reported the basic idea of this movement is to recognize the sacrifices the LTTE Tamil terrorists had made in the past. There are over 11,000 rehabilitated ex-LTTE Tamil terrorists cadre still under strict military surveillance of their activities. In number of cases military intelligent counter their revival attempt of LTTE. However, the present government gravely compromise the national security and let the relax movement for these ex-terrorists and dismantle most of the army camps, check points, and important military intelligent moments.

Tamil terrorist diaspora operating in Canada and EU who are primarily behind and funding for this move reported that these ex-terrorists will act as a pressure group vis-à-vis the Sri Lanka and other mainstream Tamil parties who dropped their terrorism approach.
