ECTA Soon – SELL OUT OF SRI LANKA TO INDIA

The Indian Foreign Secretary who visited Sri Lanka recently under the guise of promoting Indian investments in SL actually came to have top level discussions on the ETCA (This was decided during Ranil’s visit to India).

According  to the sources both governments  are very active to speed up the ETCA process before the Federal Constitution submit to the parliament by Sri Lankan government.

Galle Face Hotel has been booked on 22nd November for an important event on ETCA. The Indian Foreign Minister’s visit is part of this.

Many MOU’s with India are (such water, locomotives, road & highway construction, and IT) being drafted and some are even said to be presented in parliment as order papers. Sources believes all this may be a prelude to this agreement and visit by the pro-Federal Indians.

A building in Battaramulla has been rented for the establishment of all the ETCA offices

All this activity suggests that ETCA will be rushed through sooner than expected to divide the country and give to extremist Tamils.

The government strategy to sign this agreement seems to be to outfox the opponents to this agreement
