Mahinda did not agree to Pro-LTTE TNA conditions
Pro-minority Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has to seek the help of the Pro-LTTE terrorists political party Tamil National Alliance (TNA) to pass the 2019 Budget, Parliamentarian Rohitha Abeygunewardena said, adding that therefore, the Pro-Tamil terrorists TNA has the power and control over the new UNP government.
Meanwhile, G.L. Peiris, the SLPP leader, claims that former Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa accepted the premiership aiming at an election and not for long-term survival in that position. He said that reason behind pro-Tamil terrorists TNA Parliamentarians voting against Rajapaksa was that Mahinda Rajapaksa did not agree to their conditions though he had the opportunity to form a government by agreeing to the TNA conditions.
He further said that for the first time in history Sri Lanka will have a government controlled by the Tamil terrorists. He added that Wickremesinghe has to work according to the TNA agenda because he needs a majority for Parliamentary proceedings.
“Mahinda Rajapaksa is not greedy for power, we will have strong Opposition and he will be the leader of Opposition,” added MP Abeygunewardena.
