NGO: “Reporters Without Borders”, (RSF) wants Drop Charges against Pro-LTTE Tamil journalist

An infamous NGO, Reporters Without Borders (RSF) called on Sri Lanka to drop the “any criminal and civil charges” against pro-LTTE Tamil terrorists journalist Murugupillai Kokulathasan, who was released on bail recently.

In their statement, the RSF has stated that “excessively long detention” and called for the “immediate withdrawal” of the charges against the pro-LTTE Journalist, locally known as Kokul, who was arrested in November 2020 under the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA) for promoting and glorifying LTTE Tamil terrorists, Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) on his Facebook page.
