Sirisena Approved Separate Funds to Northern Province as Election Pact with TNA
Maithripala Sirisena who won the presidential election largely by the help of minority community in Sri Lanka has given the green light to Northern Chief Minister pro-LTTE Tamil terrorists Wigneswaran to launch the Northern Chief Minister’s Fund for development activities in the Northern Province at a special meeting with the Chief Minister Northern Province in the pretext of reconstruction and rehabilitation activities in the Northern Province.
Civil community believe that Sirisena was extensively forced and brine washed by pro-LTTE TNA on the necessity of setting up such dedicated so called Chief Minister’s Fund for the Northern Province. It is widely believe that it was brought to the notice of the President part of pre-presidential election pact with TNA that such independent funds to be established for the Northern Province for the TNA. In this manner Northern Province would be able to take direct funds from foreign governments, agencies and UN and pro-LTTE Tamil terrorist diaspora.
Wingeshwaram specifically stated that he could collect funds from expatriate Tamils. In war time Tamil expatriates sent funds to the LTTE terrorists for the arms and ammunition.
Patriotic sources noted that this step by pro-minority Sirisena’s road map to Federal State to the Northern Province as a part of his presidential election pact with the pro-LTTE Tamil political party TNA.
Both Ranil and Sirisena has fulfilled the following promises to TNA which are leading to separate Federal East in North and East provinces of Sri Lanka;
1. Reducing strategically and military important High Security Zones
2. Closure of Vidura Naval camp strategically located in Sampoor for the protection of Trincomalee harbour
3. Ignoring anti -State utterances of the Tamil politicians
4. Ignoring genocide resolution passed by the NPC lead by Wigneshwaran
5. Accepting the term “Northern Provincial Government” used by some UN
officials and John Kerry which will have long term repercussions.
6. Political interference by the USA/Kerry in Sri Lanka by attempting to
finance projects in Northern Province directly.
7. Attempts to de-proscribe LTTE fronts and having secret talks with
them
8. Ignoring reference to the secret talks with overseas Tamil fronts in
the formation of the Government and their demands
9. National anthem allows signing in Tamil.
10. Release LTTE Tamil terrorists from prisons.
11. Replace Governors in North and East two provinces with Pro-Tamil and pro-TNA officials
12. Stopping of settlement of internally displaced Sinhalese in North and East two provinces.
