Special meeting and workshop on demilitarisation of North and East and constitutional reforms to form Federal State in Sri Lanka organized by MCSL chaired by NM Ameen- President, of MCSL takes place at SEDEC. 139, Kynsey Road, Colombo 8.

Pro-LTTE Tamil terrorist Sumendiran representing the Tamil National Alliance with other separatists extremists Nizam Kariepper – General Secretary – Muslim Congress, YLS Hameed – A researcher & activist on Constitutional Reforms for Federalism,
Ajwadeen – General Secretary of ACUMLYF.

They all are presenting their views as resource persons and Rushdie Habeeb is facilitating as a special rapporteur of the session to promote Federalism in Sri Lanka.
