The bogus Tamil asylum seekers to be deported from Australia

A bogus Tamil asylum seeking family who made their trip to Australia illegally by a boat in 2013 well after the end of Tamil terrorism in Sri Lanka will be deported to Sri Lanka, after the Federal Court on Friday rejected their bid to stay in Australia.

A man called Nadesalingam, an alleged LTTE Tamil terrorist’s activist had made his an eleventh-hour appeal to the Federal Court in August after they were taken into detention in March, but their appeal was rejected correctly on Friday by the Federal Court in Australia.
The judge ordered the deportation of Nadesalingam, Priya and their two daughters to Sri Lanka as their application of political asylum is bogus. It was found that the application to stay in Australia for merely better economy and life style than political. This is the unwritten story for majority Tamil asylum seekers as other Tamil diaspora living in Australia, EU and North America.

Most of these asylum sought Tamils are pro-Tamil terrorists and separatists who are campaign for violence and terrorism in Sri Lanka to justify their asylum seeker application in Western and other countries. Tamils are notoriously famous for abusing the relaxed law and regulations of migration and asylum in these countries.

Number of NGOs, lawyers is making good business with these bogus asylum seekers. The good example is that more than 140,000 Australians have signed a petition urging Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton to return this bogus asylum seeking family.
