TNA asks for Indian help for a federal solution
Pro-LTTE Tamil terrorist’s political party, TNA wanted India’s intervene again in Sri Lanka as they did in 1987 to form Federal state in North and East two provinces. TNA Party leaders demanded India to interfere with internal affairs of Sri Lanka in propaganda function held in Jaffna.
Earlier, Muslim radical political party, SLMC leaders in Eastern province demanded a separate Federal state for Muslims.
The present pro-minority mind-set government lead by Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinge and President Sirisena with the tireless efforts by former president and Federalist Chandrika Kumaranathunga and their Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera with other minority party leaders are formulating the ground work to form sort of Federal State in Sri Lanka through so called new Constitutional Amendments.
