Your Vote

As Sri Lankan’s, our primary responsibility is to safeguard our Nation. All our existence depends on the sovereignty of ONE  Sri Lanka and its well being. 

Historically almost in all instances, it is the Sinhalese who have taken the lead role in defending and safeguarding our country against various evil forces. We don’t mean to discredit other citizens of the country however since of late, peace-loving Tamils and Muslims also have joined hands with the Sinhalese in safeguarding the Country. 

In the past few months, the current  political situation has dragged the country in to an unstable state. This vulnerability has made grounds to separatist forces to bring back their hidden agendas for implementation. We see more LTTE maps now. We hear the word “Federalism” more now. Why? It is because of this vulnerability in the country with NO clear and strong leadership to withstand them. Countries such as US and India are openly supporting the efforts of these extremists.  

After winning the 30 year old ruthless war against LTTE, we managed to secure and build one strong Sri Lanka. Various development initiatives and their success had also been acknowledged by international organisations like World Bank. However in the last few months we experienced the national security deteriorating rapidly and many a development work becoming a standstill or scrapped. The country also experienced Mega Financial crimes.  Central Bank scandal was the classic example and also the biggest in the history of Sri Lanka with ZERO benefit to the public. It was a purely a scam to benefit several few for their ulterior motives. If one argues “corruption” has been there in the past, well at least that was through development work where we all benefited but here NO ONE got any benefit whatsoever. This does not anyway justify or deny any corruption happened in the previous governments. But the central bank robbery was not just another allegation made against the current government. It is unique in nature which can be proven in courts.Did the present government taken any action ?

We need to use our brains and decide under which government we were safe and under which government  as a nation we stood up and won the battle against the evil terrorism.

DO NOT cast your valuable vote to parties/Individuals who are obvious in;

• dividing our nation
• supporting separatist groups,
• take money from NGO’s for personal benefits and endangering the country or carrying out the evil agendas of NGOs for money.

Because the National Security is the most important thing which we can not afford to loose, refuse any politician who will risk it. We can use our past experience to decide what we need to do. Also refuse those who were punished in the court of law for corruption.

CAST YOUR VOTE  to a party/Individual who has no agenda in supporting the nation and jeopardize national security or this beautiful country.

Think wisely. Time has come to reunite and save our mother land. It is the duty of every one of us. Invite all Sinhalese,Tamils, Muslims and burghers  to join hands not individually as different ethnic groups but as SRI LANKANS!!!!.
