Pro- LTTE case in UK lost

LTTE lost a case in the European Court to lift the Terrorist Proscription on the Tamil Tigers.

The UK Govt supported the EU’s stance on maintaining the LTTE’s proscription.

LTTE’s representatives were ordered to pay their own legal costs and to pay the costs incurred by the Council of the European Union.
